2009 was a busy old year for the BCCS Rehome team, with the Corso becoming more and more popular in the UK the numbers turning up in shelters across the country are increasing at an astonishing rate.

Last week the BBC aired "Wonderland: Seven Pups for Seven People" which featured a Cane Corso prominently in a very negative manner.
Who We Are
In line with the message given at the launch of the British Cane Corso Society in August of 2008, the Board is made up of an elected President, Vice President, and an elected Committee of 6 additional members. As the Society is still in a transitory position, the current board is made up of those people elected by popular vote by members of the FOCC in the summer of 2008, plus a number of appointees made to speed up the transition. This stands as of May 2009:
