2009 was a busy old year for the BCCS Rehome team, with the Corso becoming more and more popular in the UK the numbers turning up in shelters across the country are increasing at an astonishing rate.

Last week the BBC aired "Wonderland: Seven Pups for Seven People" which featured a Cane Corso prominently in a very negative manner.
Cane Corso Rescue
No matter the best efforts of individuals or the BCCS, Cane Corsos will end up in the rescue system. The BCCS is working towards making that process better - for the dogs and for the people involved. The tireless work of those who dedicate their time and resources to rescuing these dogs is appreciated. These pages will have a gallery of dogs in need as well as some success stories that the BCCS or other agencies have had with rescuing Corsos.
The BCCS is always looking for foster and permanent homes for re-homed Corsos. Although this website may not have the up-to-date view of what dogs are now in the system, please register your interest with us using the forms provided here.
