This is the first general meeting of the BCCS.  As all memberships have lapsed, an interim committee and officers will be voted in to "get the ball rolling".  The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

1. Constitution
   • Discuss each point (there are only 11!) of the Constitution, agree amendments and vote
2. Interim Committee and Officers
   • Without official membership, the assembled simply vote on nominees
   • Today's meeting includes ALL attendees, positions are going forward only
3. Ethics
   • Offline discussion - come up with statement(s) and vote
4. Approved Breeder Scheme
   • Tied in with above
   • Is there punitive action (listed as unapproved for instance)
   • Come up with scheme and vote
5. Rescue Policy
   • Official BCCS policy
   • Corso vs. Wozzaaat!!!
   • Foster vs. kennels
   • Capacity
   • Homecheck requirements
   • Come up with statement and vote
6. Import Register
   • Is this a short term goal?
   • Risk of DDB situation - show people come and "ruin" the club
7. FOCC vs BCCS
   • Where is the boundary?  Statements of intent.
